The pumps are a quite recent addition. One (with green paint) is a 7" x 8" pump and the other is an 8" x 8". The photos of the gearbox and pinion below are of the 7" x 8" pump. We haven't had the lid off the 8" x 8" yet - that involves much more work than for the 7" x 8".

Very preliminary work has been done on them. The 7" x 8" pump has standard valves and valve springs. The 8" x 8" has rubber balls in the wet-end. 

We will keep you informed of their progress as it happens - they are certainly available as they sit as well. Obviously, there will be a difference in price between the current state and any finished condition we may get them to.

Both pumps have 4" suction and discharges. At 35 strokes per minute, the 7" x 8" pump will deliver 4500 gallons per hour, increasing to 6900 gallons at 55 strokes. At 35 strokes per minute, the 8" x 8" pump will deliver 5900 gallons per hour, increasing to 7560 gallons at 55 strokes.

The 7" x 8" pump has a maximum head of 200 feet. The 8" x 8" pump's maximum head is 150 feet.
